At RK The Couture, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted strictly under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged upon delivery
- There is a size-related issue
Return Window
Customers must raise a return request within
7 days of receiving the product. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items
Products must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for return.
Refunds & Exchanges
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will initiate a refund or exchange based on customer preference and product availability. Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping will be borne by
RK The Couture for eligible return cases.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear images of the damaged or incorrect product.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that do not meet the return eligibility criteria or are returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
