Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something isn’t right, the following policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for women’s dresses and jewellery products.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Jewellery items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
  • Items purchased on final sale, clearance, or special discounts are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear images or videos of the issue along with your order details.
  • After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed.

  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Once approved, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

7. Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color or design due to photography or screen settings are not considered defects.
  • Delays caused by courier services are not eligible for refunds.
